Live Well Week!

Celebrating Living Well and Eating Healthy!
Join us in the cafe this week as we feature menu specials focused on
health and wellness. Every day we will offer a menu special at each meal
period that adheres to our In Balance program.
In Balance meals have the following key health features:
full plates with less than 600 calories
1 cup or more of non-starchy vegetables
¾ cup whole grain, legumes, or starchy vegetable
at least 4oz of lean protein
prepared with a minimal amount of healthy fat
In Balance meals will be labeled with this symbol, making it easy for you
to enjoy healthy eating during Live Well Week!
