Quench Your Thirst – Hydrate the Healthy Way
This month we focus on importance of hydration and reasons why individual hydration needs might vary. We all know that the best way to stay hydrated is with water – plain and simple – however sometimes it is nice to find creative ways to hydrate!
Join our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook as she offers samples of our popular fruit-infused “spa waters” and talks about the foods and beverages that are the most thirst quenching, in addition to those that can dehydrate.
The Healthy Hydration education is part of our Food For Your Well Being series, promoting healthy lifestyles by presenting monthly nutrition education programs throughout Genentech.
